Location: Darwen Valley Community Centre
Duration: 45-minute class
Class price: £5 ✨
Whether you joined me for my very first session or you’re brand new everyone’s welcome! Each class is designed so you can move at your own pace/level, connect with your body, and enjoy the flow ✨
I’m still getting in my teaching hours and learning with every class, so please be kind as I keep growing and finding my rhythm ✨
I just ask for you to bring yourself, an open mind, and your lovely energy ✨
